Today was a special day for our family. I noticed Mia was laying around A LOT and just sensed something was different. I got her birthing box placed in a dark, safe location. She went to it and allowed us to be with her while she birthed her 4 kittens - 3 tan and one dark colored one, 2 boys and 2 girls, as far as we can tell (o=. This was the first time any of us have watched a cat have babies. It was pretty amazing. The girls are keeping them in their room and taking good care of Mia (now Mama Mia) and her babies.
