Paul was so sweet to pick up this bubble machine for me. I thought I'd use it at fairs, specifically the kids fair I'm doing in a couple of weeks. My children LOVE my new toy!

Fresh caught salmon from the Pacific Ocean for dinner tonight. What a sweet neighbor we have who shared this with us!

I took the oldest three to the Lundgrens today to go through their clothing before they give it to the thrift store. Jenevieve wanted to come with us so she could see the chickens. She LOVES those chickens and had fun chasing them around the yard.

I found this medicine cabinet at the thrift shop for $5.00 and turned it into a display for my events. I had fun doing it!

We had attended a Pentecostal Romanian church service tonight with friends. It was 2 1/2 hours long and was in Romanian. Quite the experience.

Jaren has spent the whole week at Camp Meriwether on the Oregon Coast. Pictured is Benji Fergus, Dexter Harris, Jaren, Brother Bean, Cooper Sargent, Nolan, Matthew and Brother Fergus. Jadon Stinson is being eaten by the shark. Apparently this little group won the sand sculpting contest.

More excitement in our quite, dead end, middle class family neighborhood. I looked out the window about 9:00 pm tonight and saw three cop cars, one cop suv, one Incident Response truck parked RIGHT in front of my house. Down the road were MORE cop cars - three K-9 units and at least one more city police car and three unmarked cars. Scared the snot out of me.
Apparently through the path the authorities have been watching a house on the adjoining dead end which has a child molester residing there. They ambushed his house and hauled him off; thankfully.

Jadon has an ingrown toe nail. I've been having him soak it three times/day in a tub with Epsom salts and melaleuca. Apparently Jenevieve wants to soak too.

Today Jaren had his first day being in the Young Men organization, no longer in primary and Jenea was set apart as the Beehive President. Jolie found a new friend (and cousin) in Gwen Graham today in primary.

I was out of town doing a booth at Boeing in Puyallup, Washington. I noticed firemen with badges that said Graham, so I asked them where Graham was. Turns out it was just a few miles away, so I had to go there. This was the best sign I could find. Graham, WA is a tiny rural town, a very nice little town.

We took the monkeys to the zoo. Jadon, Jaren, Spencer, Logan, Jenevieve, Jenea, Jolie, McKay, Jude and Rachel! It was a great day!

Jolie and Jaren wanted me to take them to the Canby Swimming Pool for their date, so we did a double date tonight. They both LOVE the rope swing. Jolie made a little friend in the hour we were there (of course). She also jumped off the diving board for the first time in her life, then she kept jumping and jumping. Love that girl!
