Jude and I went on a date to the dollar store yesterday. He spent all $5 Great Grandpa McCollum sent him on army men. He was so sweet to share his new toys with Jadon.

The boys have a trampoline to jump on, bikes/scooters to race on, structures to climb on, a basketball hoop to throw things in and now something they can hit. Jadon LOVES the tether ball.

Cleaned out the craft room. Purged a lot of course no one can tell. Jadon climbed the shelves and broke them so we took them down and are replacing them with something sturdier and hopefully taller.

Notice the wound on Rocket's neck? He had fleas badly so we put poison (flee medicine) on him, and he apparently has ring worm - he's been pulling out his hair badly, has none on his neck, top of his head and is working on his thighs now. Poor sweet boy, he did so well during the car ride and exam.

Preston stayed the night last night. He promptly fell asleep at 9:00, Paul carried him downstairs. The children made treats, watched movies and ran all through the house making a mess - had great fun!

Someone gave me the idea of writing on the mirror with a dry erase marker. After the children saw me do it they wrote on their mirrors and windows. Lots of fun!

The wall looks like it got a suntan? Refinishing the wood, took a peice off and noticed how terribly dirty the children (with their dirty little hands) and I (by filling the house with smoke while cooking) got the walls.
