I ran out of laundry soap and discovered I had on hand the ingredients to make my own; so I did.  It turned out beautifully.  I really like using it.

This is me getting JJ to sleep.  I just love what I call "tying her to me" that way I can kiss her and snuggle her for hours on end.  Today Paul had his first day at a new job after not working for 17 months - he got hired by a temp agency doing something technical in Downtown Portland.  I should have snapped a picture of Paul.

Lately Rocket has been taking a liking to Jaren.  I think he's glad about that.  He misses smokey terribly - we gave him away to a couple and they've renamed him Gus.  He's happy there in his new home.

Jenea and I are experimenting with creating our own jelly candy recipe.  The color on these; made with beet juice; turned out good, the taste not so good.

This afternoon I asked Jadon to get the laundry out of the dryer and put them in a basket.  This is where he put the clean, dry clothes.  Cute boy!.

Today for FHE we took some friends to Laurelhurst Park with us and had a picnic.  Never been there before.

Got this little jungle jumper down from the attic for JJ.  We call this JJ Jump - not to be confused with the JJ Jump we take the children to for jumping on inflated toys.
