I wanted to take a picture of this old school desk before I gave it away.  I found the desk in someones trash in Indiana when Jenea was a baby.  I re-finished it and have been lugging it around with me all these years.  We are still purging, this has to go.

Jolie came in from the back yard telling me Jude found a toy mouse in the yard.  I went outside to discover it was really a dead mole.  Nasty!

It's time to pull weeds.  The children were excited to do it.  We got the whole front yard weeded.

Today Jadon got his own snack - without asking me of course.  He opened a whole bag of chocolate chips, poured it on his plate and dumped a bunch of almond milk on top.  Yum!

Tuesday

Mia disappeared on Friday.  Scared us - we weren't sure if we would see her again.  I was getting ready to make missing cat posters when I heard a little meow at the back door.  Thankfully it was Mia.  She was skinnier and had just two little scratches on her nose.  Other than that she's just fine.

Jude threw a bean bag in the playroom.  It exploded so he vacuumed it up.  He loves to vacuum.

Not much child wise to take a picture of - so I took a picture of my china cabinet.  The china was my grandmothers - she  bought it while in Japan during WW2.  One of the many things I treasure from my loved ones.

Today was a beautiful day. We went to C'este Naturelle Farm in Oregon City for a tour. The children really enjoyed it. Here is William DeMille, head farmer, Jude, Jadon and Jaren in a greenhouse. They grow food year round very successfully. We'd like to learn to do that too.

We got rabbit legs from gleaners.  The children at first were afraid to eat it.  When they tried it they said it tasted like chicken.  Mia, our cat loves it!

Today Jadon and I went to Michaels Craft Store.  He ran and tripped on the concrete.  The ladies at Michaels gave me ointment and a bandage for him.  He walked around the store holding up his shorts, limping.

I froze some juice I got from gleaners.  I thawed it in the sink, Paul opened it and it exploded.  He wasn't too happy about that.

Today Grandpa Tuttle lifted his recliner and didn't realize there was metal sticking out of it.  It got him good - 16 stitches.  Of course, dad didn't go strait to the emergency room.  First he mowed the lawn, took a shower and did something else.  3 hours later he decided it was time to go to the E.R.
