We thought since we were so close we'd stop and spend the day at Crater Lake before we head home. We were grateful the rain held off.  The children enjoyed playing in the snow. Jolie was bored and didn't want to be there, and Jaren and I did some walking while the others stayed in the car.  Whatever works huh?

Today we drove down to Ashland and stayed in a hotel.  The children wanted to swim even before we ate dinner.  This was JJ's first time in a pool.  Uncle Chris and Zach joined us from Arizona.  David is getting married (finally) tomorrow.

I taught an emergency preparedness with essential oils class tonight.  Eventually I'll get it up on youtube.  Preparedness brings peace of mind.

Jude nearly peirced Jadon's ear today.  Jadon was holding a knife and somehow Jude came along and kicked him.  The result - a hole in his ear.  He's a tough little guy.  It just amazes me how much he gets hurt though.

Jolie and I went on a date.  She took me on a bike ride to the Clackamas River.  There were people there feeding the geese lots of bread.

This morning I got up early to pick delicious Oregon strawberries with a friend of  mine.  I got 20 lbs or so.  They taste like candy.  Soooooooo good!

Today I finally got my postpartum depression blog up.  Paul was a great help in my doing this.  I hope to eventually write a book and speak publicly teaching classes/giving presentations.

Today I gave an "emergency with essential oils" class.  This is my 72 hour kit display.  I learned SOOOOOOOO much preparing for this class, I literally could write a book.  I love learning and teaching.

Can you tell what that picture is up there?  It's supposed to be a blue butterfly cake.  That's what Jadon requested.  As you can see making food look pretty is not my greatest strength.  I guess it tasted good though.

See that little blurr?  That is birthday-boy Jadon.  He's 4 today and way excited.  He got to open lots of gifts.  His favorite seems to be this electric guitar from Grandma/pa Tuttle.  He's bouncing on the trampoline rocking out.
